On top of that, they can be coupled with the Tomahawk or Katana and you’d have a sword swinging wallet warrior that is oh so hard to counter if they get near you or jump at you from a corner I feel like these high mobility weapons could be classified as OP if not borderline because they are either incredibly strong themselves or support other weapons to be a bit too powerful. The problem with high mobility weapons though is that it’s so much more difficult to hit a moving target that has equipped either weapon, whether it’s a far-range or close-range scenario.

The P90 Reaper is a strong gun, no doubt many players get it because of that plus the fact that it has crazy mobility. Maps like Red Dawn and Kiev were made to be soldier-only and yet I can sprint across the map to be in range of opposing team’s spawn in 5-10 seconds with a P90 Reaper, why? You can probably tell by now that my rant is mainly focused upon 100%+ mobility weapons like the P90 Reaper and Dual Dz. were originally made for vehicular combat and were just given an option for soldier-only matches for some reason. Personally, I feel like mobility should’ve never went above 100% because what’s the point of having a scale to measure how fast your character would be out of 100 if the mobility goes beyond the scale? It’s not like we even need characters to move so fast as many maps in RC2 are relatively small and big maps like Sandstorm, Island X, Grimrog, Frostbite, etc. Every decent RC2 player should already know the basic concept of mobility so I’m gonna get to the point I want to know what the community thinks of the mobility of current weapons? The main focus should be on premium weapons since they’re the guns we either use real money or a lot of time on to get. Its a pretty important aspect of the game as it dictates how fast our character is able to move meaning that the faster we are, the faster we can get to places. So I just want to bring up an interesting topic in RC2, mobility.
